Write a list of what you like/love about you partner, husband, wife, lover, your soul mate, the one that rules your heart, do this for 30 days.
Remind yourself what love is.
Take out the negative and see only the positive in them or yourself, this works wonders for self love.
And watch and see that loving, buzzing, enlightening feeling fill your soul with light and notice its much more a nicer feeling than the ugly hurtful negatives one.
