Fear comes in all shapes and sizes.
When left unchecked it can put a stranglehold on our lives and relationships.
When we are under the influence of fear it robs us of the very resources that can help us overcome the underlying problem. Clearly, leaving your fears alone does not mean that they will leave you alone.
Hidden fear can have a paralyzing effect on your life, and it can surface when you least expect it.
fearful energy is like a fungus that grows in darkness.
As long as your feelings of fear reside in the dark recesses of your subconscious mind they will continue to grow.
If something isn’t done to correct the situation you may eventually begin to feel paralyzed by those feelings.
Right now I have fear running riot in my mind, one of which I blogged about yesterday.
Another fear, is catching up.
Is it possible to be so damaged emotionally that you actually can’t feel again?
How many pieces of your heart can you lose and still retain the ability to deeply feel anything but pain?
How about you?
Do you have the courage to open your heart and really love, go against your fear or your mates advice and stand strong to your feelings.
Because if you have ever truly loved, then your heart won’t let it go.
