So I was thinking the other day…..the thought came to me that I wasn’t good enough, and that I am a miserable person. Then suddenly as if out of no where, I heard a voice in my head fight back, it said…
“Don’t think that way, you are a good person.”
All my life I have thought negatively about myself. I think most of us do.
So today I sit here and fight the negative thoughts and try my best to replace them with positive ones.
It is not an easy thing to do.
Depression hasn’t helped in life, neither has the many trials I have faced, however, I have decided to do my best and become a better person by thinking better.
I am pretty sure we could all benefit by changing the way we think.
Instead of thinking, I am not good enough, think, I can be a better person by____.
I also have troubles with feeling that I don’t do enough and I am constantly afraid that I am going to offend someone, or disappoint someone….which is one of my worst fears.
So I don’t know who you are or how you think, but if you would like to join me on my new journey to better thinking, please do so!
I am hoping that in a year, my outlook will be different than it is now. I know that being positive is better and I am going to do my best to learn how to think that way.
