Don’t beat yourself up. It’s normal and healthy to feel how you feel. You’re alive!
Besides, emotion shows you have a heart and would not wish the same sorrow on others. This aspect of your personality is to be treasured.
This reminds me it is ok to feel what I feel, and no matter how painful it is, how it rips my heart more apart everyday, I know that while I’m still feeling, I’m still alive.
