Challenge yourself to beat your own personal records. No one can do it for you, you have to choose to use your wings, to learn to fly.
Challenge yourself to be who you know you are capable of being. Challenge yourself to follow through, to live what you preach, to walk your talk.
Don’t worry about how slowly you feel you’re heading towards your goals, or how many roadblocks you find, or how many detours you’re forced to take. As long as you keep doing your thing, you’re still cruising far ahead of everyone who’s too scared to even try.

Your struggles are really your best growth opportunities. Please know in your heart that there is strength inside you that is greater than the troubles you face.
Stay strong.
Be positive.
We all struggle sometimes.
Life’s about breaking our own limits and outgrowing ourselves to live our best lives. The more obstacles you overcome, the stronger you become, as they say,
“The one who falls and gets up is so much stronger than the one who never fell.”
You will honestly never know how strong you truly are until being strong is the only choice you have.
Keep going.
Keep growing.
Keep dreaming.
Keep hoping.
Keep believing.

Breath by breath

The morning is extremely important. It is the foundation from which the rest of the day is built. How you choose to spend your morning can often be used to accurately predict what kind of day you’re going to have.
In the space between the edge of the night and the chaos of the day, you have a chance to make a special space for yourself. In this space, thoughts and contentment neatly overlap, where past and future issues cease to exist, and time touches eternity.
Hovering about your mind, as you gently begin to stir, there are beautiful visions no one has ever seen and soothing harmonies no one has ever heard.
These first few moments of the day are sacred.
Savour them.
Protect them.
Awaken yourself peacefully, stretch fully and breathe deeply in them without rushing forward.
Give yourself this time as a gift, to simply be and feel alive, to conquer the anxiety of life, and live in the moment breath by breath.

Something new upon the horizon

imageAnother month that belongs to the past and something new upon the horizon is waiting for all of us. So do not give up…it is such a beautiful life.

For much of our lives especially at the beginning we get told what to do, how to think, what looks good, what “success” is, etc.
You don’t have to buy into any of it anymore.

Feel free to peel back the layers.
Think for yourself.
Listen to yourself.
Break the mold.

When you stop doing what everybody else wants you to do and start following your own intuition, you will find exactly what you are looking for. As long as you’re not hurting anyone else, keep living your life YOUR way. Sometimes we get lost in trying to live for someone else, trying to meet their expectations, and doing things just to impress them.
Take a moment and think about it.

Are you doing things because you truly believe in them?

Remember your own goals. Live, do and love so that you are happy, because when it comes down to it, friendships can end in an instant, but you will live with yourself for the rest of your life.

Be true.
Be thoughtful.
Be loyal.
Be happy.
Be You.

It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, and I’m feeling……

So are you up yet?
Of course you are, or you wouldn’t be reading this.
See the day is starting out great already, you’re alive.
It’s the 24th of February and once again we have noticed how fast time can pass and leave us behind living our lives and waiting always for something new to happen.
But what are you doing to start that happening ? Just like a car, your body and mind needs to be maintained, to insure that it runs at top performance every day, all day.
So let’s get up and warm the systems up, get some good quality fuel in you, and get ready to head out on today’s journey. It’s going to be an awesome day. With your body all fired up ready to go, take some time to free your mind of your troubles, in order to gain conscious control of what goes on in your mind, you need to develop a keen awareness for this. What helps is to hold still for a moment, take a deep breath and free your mind of all the chatter that’s going on inside and all around.
This makes room for a change of state, for something new to enter.
So give yourself a break.
Don’t say you can’t. Yes, you have battles out in the world to fight, insecurities to overcome, loved ones to contend with and goals to achieve, but a break from it all is necessary.
It’s perfectly healthy to pause and let the world spin without you for a while. If you don’t, you will burn yourself out. You must free you mind on a regular basis. That means catching your breath, finding quiet solitude, focusing your attention inward, and otherwise making time for recovery from the chaos of your routine.
Freedom has amazing powers, you just need to see and feel the clearer picture and take the world by storm.
You are the key to a happy lifestyle. If you don’t take care of your life and yourself, no one else will.
